Then fax a copy of your valid Driver's License (or state issued identification) and this form to (919) 387-9385 or mail both items to: Young Guns, 813 E. Williams St., Apex, NC 27502 so we can process your order. Do NOT email this page with your credit card information as this is not a secure site!

Note: Some items offered for sale may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. Young Guns Inc. does not and cannot grant the right or authority to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to these laws. You must be at least 21 years of age to buy firearms and parts, blackpowder guns, reloading components, crossbows, air guns, blow guns, knives and other regulated items depending on the jurisdiction you live in. Further you cannot be under legal disability (according to 18 U.S.C. 922 (D) (1)-(9)) to purchase certain restricted items.

Firearms: Federal law does not allow for shipment of firearms for sale directly to an unlicensed individual. Guns may be picked up in person in our store or they may be shipped to another licensed dealer for transfer to you. We require a signed copy of your local dealers FFL BEFORE we will ship a gun.

Ammunition: Ammunition can only be sent to the 48 contiguous states and we do not ship it by air. Our preferred method of shipping ammunition is UPS Ground. We are not an authorized UPS hazardous materials shipper for powder or primers. Sales Tax: North Carolina shipments please add 6.75% sales tax on merchandise AND shipping cost. Orders sent outside North Carolina - no sales tax (contact your state government office).
